Macaron Shipping FAQ
What are the steps to get my Macarons shipped?
Your first step is to head over to Many Macarons by Paige and complete your order.
Next, click HERE to complete our shipping form.
After you’ve completed the shipping form and sent us an email with the screenshot of your paid order, we will be in touch regarding pick-up.
We pick up completed Macarons each Wednesday and ship the following day. Shipment fees must be paid for before we release a tracking number.
When can I expect my shipment to be sent?
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees vary as we charge based on the weight of the package and the destination. We ship all packages via priority USPS mail. All shipments start at $15 but the average cost is around $18.
Archer’s Arrows will contact YOU when we are ready to ship, and you will receive an email from Chele when we are ready for payment with the total due.
You can pay for your shipment after Archer’s Arrows has contacted you via your email address submitted on the shipping form.
We accept payment via:
Venmo- @Chele-Archer (you may be asked for the last 4 digits of our phone which is- 2386)
PayPal- archersarrowsbychele@gmail.com.
Payments are required before we send your tracking information and ship your package.
Once we receive your payment, you will receive a follow-up email with your USPS tracking code.
Archer’s Arrows does not respond to messages sent to our social media, texts, or Etsy for Macaron shipping as those are saved for our primary customers on those platforms.

How do I pay for shipping?
We suggest upon receiving your Macarons placing them in a resealable bag and refrigerated for up to three hours before you consume them. Place in room temperature three hours before consuming so that the cookie can ‘rest’. This will ensure the freshest tasting macarons! Many Macarons suggests freezing if you don’t plan on eating them right away and repeating the process. The clamshell carriers that we use are not air-tight, this will also help with any that feel ‘stale’.
I just got my cookies in the mail! What is the best care for them until we eat them?
Can I purchase a gift card, or have the shipment sent to a friend?
Absolutely! We have done many shipments for friends, and offer gift cards. If you are shipping to a friend for a special occasion, feel free to let us know and we will include a sweet personalized message to your buddy from you at no additional charge!
How are my Macarons packaged?
We package all of our shipments in Eco-friendly and recycled materials in hopes to leave a smaller footprint on Mother Earth. Your Macarons will come in a clamshell plastic container that ‘hugs’ each of your Macs to help protect them from breakage. This clamshell is then wrapped in recycled tissue paper and either secured alone with tissue paper or boxed additionally depending on the shipment and size.
Our ‘Big Mac’ packaging is done similarly, but without the clamshell. The large macaron is plastic-wrapped at MM, then wrapped in protective tissue paper and boxed.
*Please note that we cannot guarantee that once the Macarons are in transit that they will remain whole as we cannot control the handling once the USPS has control of this package. Neither Archer’s Arrows nor Many Macarons by Paige will refund due to broken Macarons.
How long will my shipment take?
All packages are shipped via priority mail. This ranges from 2-3 days depending on the destination. Although we purchase priority mail, Archer’s Arrows is unable to guarantee that they will arrive during that time as this portion is 100% controlled by the USPS.

For every 12 shipments placed, you receive the 13th shipment FREE and on the house as a sweet treat from Archer’s Arrows.

What if my shipment is lost?
Luckily this is not an normal occurrence!
If Archer’s Arrows believes your shipment may have been lost (7 days after shipping) we may claim insurance and refund your order. Please note that in order to do this, this process takes 30 days and approval from USPS. Once the approval has gone through, Archer’s Arrows will either refund- or re-ship your product depending on the choice of the customer. Any products that are charged back will not go through this process. Archer’s Arrows has the right to refuse refunds.
